CPCBe signed a strategic cooperation agreement with number of enterprise to launch a cross-border e-commerce platform which catering for different niche and targeted markets, and utilise their networks and resources of the enterprise, to build a strong e-commerce alliance with networking and sales point penetration. In 2017, it also launched an independent personal social distribution platform, which has attracted nearly 1,000 personal agents (micro-business), to creating an effective promotion channel for their cooperative brands.

CASE STUDY  1/Royal Medic – Marketing and Promotion


Authorized by Royal Medic in March 2017, CPCBe has become the first online platform of Royal Medic to sell its products. Within the same month, CPCBe obtained approval of inspection for all Royal Medic’s healthcare products for Cross-Border selling.

The products were on sale on allied platforms: “China Post Quanqiu Biangou” , “Ganghuiguan”, “Kam Hing-Ganghuiguan” . Meanwhile, the products are promoted online and CPCBe organizes platform and product recommendation sharing regularly at offline travel hot spots to engage potential customers.


In addition, CPCBe presented free gifts to artists as a kind of word-of-mouth promotion. Artists’ sharing of the service on their personal social media and CPCBe’s sharing of their posts received positive feedback.

Up to June 2017, sales of products from Royal Medic show exponential rise, with average monthly sales of 1,200 orders. The best performing region is Guangdong Province, followed by Henan Province. 53% of which comes from Independent Distribution Platform.  

CASE STUDY 2  /  Abbott Milk Formula – Marketing and Promotion

Authorized by CPCBe in November 2016, CPCBe has become the first online platform of Abbott to sell its products. Within the same month, CPCBe obtained approval of inspection for Abbott’s healthcare products for Cross-Border selling.

Abbott’s Similac Series products were on sale on allied platforms: “China Post Quanqiu Biangou” , “Ganghuiguan”, “Kamhing-Ganghuiguan” starting December 2016. Meanwhile, respective promotion on the distribution system was activated.

Up to 31 December 2016, 7,776 cans of Similac Series Milk Formula had been sold, from a total of 3,600 orders. 82% of which were generated from Independent Distribution Platform. Average monthly sales show steady growth of around 24,000 cans.
